Administrative platform migration from Stanlib to INN8.

STANLIB has migrated the administration of investment accounts from the STANLIB Linked Investment Service Provider (LISP) to the INN8 Investment Platform.

This is an administration platform migration only.

The client's:

  • Portfolio remains unchanged.
  • Adviser relationship remains unchanged.

What Does This Mean for Clients with STANLIB Investment Accounts?

All STANLIB investment accounts will be migrated to INN8.

Key points to note:

  • Existing STANLIB investment account numbers will not transfer to INN8.
  • INN8 will issue new investment account numbers once the migration has been completed.

What Does This Mean for Clients Invested in PMX portfolios?

  • PMX Tech and Ops team will manage the migration project in conjunction with STANLIB/INN8. No new execution or adviser action required for the portfolio migration itself.
  • Accounts will be migrated in batches (tranches) by the Tech team. If Tech has not migrated the account, but the adviser confirms that STANLIB has already transferred the account to the INN8 platform, PRS should notify the Ops team. The account can then be prioritised for inclusion in the next migration batch.
  • Only local PMX Model Portfolios are currently available at INN8. All accounts must be linked to the adviser's standard adviser code.
  • Bespoke solutions are not available. PMX Codes are not required.

What action required from PRS, where a partner has clients impacted by the STANLIB - INN8 migration, the following steps must be followed?

  • Step 1 – Request the adviser to provide their INN8 standard adviser code.

  • Step 2 – Once received: Update the adviser standard code in: PAM and HubSpot. This ensures future migrated accounts can be linked correctly.

  • Step 3 – Submit a request to Ops to grant the adviser access to:

    • PMX Reg 28 Model range.
    • PMX Disc Model range.
